1. Do you usually purchase items (buy things) with a credit card, cash, debit, or some other form of payment? Why?
2. How would you describe your spending habits?
(a) I try to save every cent.
(b) I buy what I need.
(c) I buy what I want.
(d) I buy, buy, buy!
3. How do you feel about having personal debt?
(a) Life is too expensive these days, so I have to borrow money.
(b) I sometimes owe money, but I always pay it off quickly.
(c) I would rather die than owe money.
(d) It's not about owing money; it's about making money!
4. How would you describe your saving habits?
(a) I can't save. I try, but I just can't.
(b) I save a little here and there, but it never seems to add up to much.
(c) I have a regular savings routine.

5. How would you describe your feelings about investing?
