description Exercise
Have you seen a castle before? There are many castles in stories.
We can see castles in many different places. Castles do not all look the same. They could be in different shapes.
A castle is a large house. It could keep people safe. Many castles are old.
Castles are not like our homes. They are very different. Many castles are not warm inside. Some castles are made from wood. Some castles are made from stone.
A castle needs to be safe. A castle might have a turret. You can see far away in a turret. You could see if someone was coming to your castle.
There might be water around the castle. We call it a moat. A moat can protect a castle. It is hard for people to get into the castle.
A castle might have a drawbridge. It could go up. It could go down. It lets people into the castle.
A castle might have a garden inside it. A castle might have a big room inside it. The big room can be used for eating or dancing.
Who lives in a castle? A king or queen can live in a castle. A prince or princess can live in a castle.
We can still see many castles today. There are castles all around the world. Some people still live in castles. Would you like to live in a castle?
