Do you have any hobbies? Hobbies are what we do for fun. Maybe you like to play soccer. Maybe you like to draw. You might like hiking or skating. These are all great hobbies. Can you think of more hobbies?
It is good to have hobbies. Hobbies help us relax. Hobbies can teach us new things. They are good for our mental health. We can feel happy doing our hobbies. Our minds have to be healthy and well too.
Do you have any goals? A goal is what you are working towards. You can pick your own goal. It could be to get better at swimming. It could be to read a book every day. Can you think of more goals?
Why do we set goals? Goals help us see what we can do. We can see ourselves getting better. We can take tiny steps towards our goal. We can be proud when we meet our goals!
We talked a lot about exercising every day. Sometimes our muscles can be sore. If your muscles are sore, you could try a massage. Massages can make our muscles feel better. Steam from the shower can help our muscles too.
We need to take care of our mental and physical health. There are many things we can do to recover from a hard day. What do you do to take care of yourself?
