Do you know what trading cards are? They are special kinds of cards. People collect, and trade them. Some trading cards have sports stars on them. Some trading cards have characters on them. Some trading cards have points on them.
You can play games with these cards. You buy them in a pack. You can trade the cards that you already have. You can build your card collection.
What do you do with your card collection? You have a battle.
These are Pokémon cards. Many people play this game. Each Pokémon has special powers. Each Pokémon has health points.
Strong Pokémon have a lot of health points. Weak Pokémon do not have a lot of health points.
You have to choose one Pokémon. Your opponent chooses their Pokémon. You want to beat your opponent.
You win when your opponent has no health points left. Having Pokémon card battles is fun.
These are Magic cards. Magic is a trading card game. It was the first trading card game made. It is a multiplayer game. You need two or more players to do battle. They also have Magic competitions. People play to win money. You need skill, and luck to win.
These are hockey cards. Many people collect, and trade them. They don't have power points. They don't have health points. You can design your own battles using these cards.
These are baseball cards. Many people collect, and trade them. They don't have power points. They don't have health points. You try to collect all the players in each team. Some cards are hard to find.
