Objectives and Sequence: This lesson is intended to be used as a review of Grammar 7-3.

Students work in groups of three to four.

One student starts the game by saying a sentence that describes a life experience to the group. This sentence can either be true or a lie. It is important that the experience is described as something that happened in the indefinite past so that the Present Perfect can be used to introduce the experience.

Next, each other student in the group asks one question (in the Past Simple) to learn details of the experience in order to understand if the sentence is true or a lie.

Once each student in the group has asked one question, they must say whether they believe that experience actually happened or not. Finally, the original student reveals whether or not he or she was lying.
