In this module, we will build on verbal communication by exploring typical workplace interactions. We will begin with a discussion on the topic of ‘input’, and then look at how cultural value orientations affect the ways we give and ask for opinions, agree and disagree, and provide and receive feedback.
As in Module 8, we will go through several practical activities so that skills can be applied immediately.
