Prepositions
As we studied in Unit 4, prepositions are words that are used before nouns. They help us understand about where something is or when/how something happens.
Here are some common prepositions:

| around | by | near | up / down |
| across | behind | of | with |
| as | for | off | without |
| before | from | on | within |
You have studied some of these prepositions. You will study the ones you don't know in higher Smrt levels.
