Verb PatternsStudents review verb patterns and build an advanced understanding of how different meanings can be achieved by using verbs in different ways. Using GerundsStudents learn that gerunds are not only used as objects of certain verbs but are in fact a type of noun and can therefore be used in different parts of a sentence. To + Infinitive Vs. To + Object + InfinitiveStudents review which verbs can be used with these patterns as well as the major differences in meaning and usage between the two.
