People often get confused between 'how much' and 'how many.'
It is easy to remember which to use! Use 'how many' for countable nouns, and 'how much' for uncountable nouns.

Plural Count Nouns
For plural countable nouns, we can use the words:
many | This means there are lots of them. |
several | This means there are more than just one or two. |
a few | This means there are maybe only one or two. |
few | This means there are hardly any. |
