A present-time verb tells about actions that are happening now. We add s or es to most present time verbs when the subject of the sentence is he, she, it, or a singular noun.
We add es when the noun ends with a s.
We do not add s or es to a present-time verb when the subject is I, you, we, they, or a plural noun.
