You are going to work in a small group of 2-3. In your group you need to make up a company that you work for. (EX: cell phone company, car company, video game business, clothing manufacture.)
You work for a small company that is failing. Your managers don't see any problems within the company and don't have any plans to change. Work with your group to create an argument for change within the company.
When you create your argument you must include the following information.
- Explain the present situation and why there is a need for a change.
- Explain the exact steps needed to make the change.
- Explain the future of the company if they follow your advice as well as the future of the company if they don't follow your advice.
