As you have seen throughout this unit, there are many different types of magic. From levitation to making objects vanish, there are a variety of ways in which magicians mesmerize and entertain their audiences.
For this unit’s project, you will choose one genre of magic to focus on. In addition to levitation and sleight of hand, there are many types of magic tricks to choose from.
"Transformation" involves changing an object into something. For example, a common transformation trick is to change the color of a handkerchief.
Another genre is "penetration" magic, which involves a solid object moving through another. An example of this is a sword passing through a box with an assistant inside it.
