Materials

Animal Masks
- Templates
- Cardstock
- Crayons/Paint
- String or ribbon
Steps
Step #1
Choose which animal or animals you want to make with your class.
Step #2
Print the templates onto cardstock. If you print it on normal paper you will then need to glue the images onto sturdy paper.
Step #3
Cut out the animals.
Step #4
Give one animal to each student. (The class can either all make the same mask, or each child can choose which animal mask they want to make).
Step #5
Let the children colour or paint the masks.
Step #6
Place some tape over the hole shapes on the sides of the mask before you punch a hole. This will keep the sides stronger.
Step #7
Attach string or ribbons through the holes.
Step #8
Wear as a mask!
