Discuss the following questions with a partner or group:
- What kinds of stores and services can you usually find in a shopping mall?
- What do you like and dislike about shopping malls? Explain why you like and dislike the things.
- What is a Grand Opening?
- If you had a store, how would you get customers to shop there?
Part Two: Listening
