This is a theme park. Theme parks are places where you can ride roller coasters. There are many other rides at a theme park, too. Some of these rides are fast, and scary. Some of these rides are slow, and gentle. Some of these rides spin you, and make you dizzy. Some of these rides turn you upside down, and make you want to throw up! My favourite ride is the one that drops you. It makes my stomach jump, and it makes me scream. I love it!

Water parks are a type of theme park. In a water park all the rides have water. Water parks have a lot of water slides. Some slides have open chutes, and some have covered chutes. I like the open chutes the best. I like to see the sky when I ride the slides. The closed chutes are often narrow. I don't like narrow spaces.

When you first get to a theme park, you need to buy a ticket. Most theme parks give you a wristband. This usually means you can go on all the rides there. Some theme parks give you a special wristband that lets you skip the lines. That is an awesome wristband to have. You should also rinse before you enter the water. This helps to keep the water as clean as possible.

Some water parks have an area for little kids. In these areas you can play with water cannons, and sprinklers. Little kids love to run through the sprinklers. You can try to guess where the water will come out next. I love playing with the water cannons. The water cannons can be pointed at people so you can soak your friends.

You always have lifeguards at a water park. Lifeguards are trained to rescue people in water. They keep you safe when you're near water. You will see lifeguards at pools, and sometimes at the beach. Lifeguards are strong swimmers.

Water parks are fantastic for everyone. I love visiting water parks. My family and I go to one every summer.
