There are many ways to give your opinion, but the most common way is just to say your opinion. The next most common way to say your opinion is to use I think. You can also use I believe or I feel.
If you want to be more formal, you can use In my opinion.

If you want to make your opinion stronger, you can use really/strongly/truly with think, feel, and believe, like this:
