How to talk to a manager

When you talk to the manager, you need to repeat some things that you said to the receptionist. You need to do these things:

  • Introduce yourself.
  • Say that you are looking for a job.
  • Tell the manager about your experience or personal qualities.

When there are job openings, you need to do these things:

  • Ask for an application or ask to leave a reume.
  • Ask about the schedule (the days and hours of the job).
  • Ask when the job begins.

When there are no job openings, you need to do these things:

  • Ask for an application, or ask to leave a resume anyway.
  • Ask if there will be job openings in the future.
