Latte art is quite popular. You may have seen many designs on top of a cup of latte. The heart and leaf designs are some of the more common ones. It is made by adding steamed milk and pouring it into the cup in a way that allows patterns to form. It can be quite hard to do, and it requires a lot of practice.

Some people think that coffee art is easier to do. A cup of coffee with steamed milk is first prepared. Then holding a stencil of your choice, you can begin to sprinkle cocoa powder or coloured sugar on top. When you take away the stencil, you will see the design.

Can you think of other ways to make art?
