- present continuous = definite plans decided before moment of speaking
- present simple = future events decided by a timetable or schedule
- Decide now what you will do tonight.
- Describe a definite plan that you have in the next few days.
- Tell your partner what time class finishes tomorrow.
- Right now, someone is screaming for help outside. Decide what to do.
- Tell your partner when you are finishing at this school.
- Describe your probable plan for after school today.
- Have you made any definite arrangements for next year?
Surely something about next year is definite for you. - Describe your probable next computer.
- Describe why you are learning English. What do you want to use it for? What is your plan?
- Tell your partner when Christmas is this year.
