Only she/ he/ it changes with an s-ending.
To make a negative, add do not or does not.
- I do not like cats.
- You do not like cats.
- She/ he/ it does not like cats.
- We do not like cats.
- They do not like cats.
- I do not eat fish.
- You do not eat fish.
- She/ he/ it does not eat fish.
- We do not eat fish.
- They do not eat fish.
- I do not read many books.
- You do not read many books.
- She/ he/ it does not read many books.
- We do not read many books.
- They do not read many books.
To make a question, use do you + verb or does she/he/it + verb. Don’t add "s" to the verb!
- Do you like pets?
- Does he like pets? (Does he likes pets?)
