Intro Student 1 Student 2 Student 3 Student 4
Students work in groups of three to four and open the corresponding pages below.
On each page are two questions that employ grammatical forms studied in Grammar 5-1.
Students take turns asking the questions on their pages. Each member of the group should answer the question about themselves.
- Do you have any plans to work departure tonight? If not, what might you do?
- Do you know what departure SIDs are? If not, what might you do to find out?
- Tell us what you are planning to do after arrival simulation. If you have not made any plans yet, what may or might you do?
- Make a promise to do something for someone in your group.
- Tell us what you plan to simulate tomorrow. If you have not thought about it yet, decide now.
- Tell us what you know about airport arrival operations. If you don't have any ideas, what may or might you do to find out?
- Tell us what you plan to do for your next Control Tower departure session. If you have not made any plans yet, what may or might you do?
- What is something you have arranged to sequence arrival aircraft? Think about things that a controller would normally do and explain.
