Listen to Selma describe her terrible shopping experience at Fred's Supermarket. Why was her experience so bad?

Transcript

I went shopping at Fred's supermarket last Saturday. I go there every week, and I like it, but this time I had really bad service. Everything was okay until I went to the checkout. First of all, it was very busy, but the cashier was so slow. It took a long time for her to do her job. When I got to the front of the line, she was chatting to another cashier and checking her phone. I couldn't believe it. When she finished, I checked my receipt, and there were so many mistakes on my order. When I told her, she didn't say sorry or anything. I was very angry.
