In this module, while still reflecting on barriers, we will explore processes and models that help guide intercultural development. We will look at the different stages of culture shock, explore a model to help identify distinct levels of development, use a practical tool to avoid evaluation, and identify levels of cultural competence.
Objectives
By the end of this module, you will be able to:
