In this activity, choose an issue from the following 2015 United Nations Millenium goals and write a persuasive piece on what you think is the most important issue is. You may need to do some research to help write your essay.
- Eradicate extreme poverty and hunger
- Achieve universal primary education
- Promote gender equality and empower women
- Reduce child mortality
- Improve maternal health
- Combat HIV/AIDS, malaria, and other diseases
- Ensure environmental sustainability
Make sure to explain why you think this problem is the most important. Also propose your personal opinions and how you think these problems should be solved.
