Tips for Perfect Espresso Drinks
- Use a cloth or napkin to clean the edges of the filter before attaching it to the machine.
- Press the coffee down firmly but not too hard.
- Place the nozzle just under the surface of the milk.
- The milk should go around in a circle.
- Test the temperature of the milk in the steamer with the back of your finger. As soon as it hurts, the milk is ready.
