description Exercise
Sometimes we feel happy. Sometimes we feel sad. We have different moods. How do you feel today?
If you have a big test, you might feel anxious. That means you feel worried. You can try taking a deep breath. You can listen to music. You can talk to your family. You will feel better.
If you have nothing to do, you might be bored. Being bored is not fun. You might feel sad. You might feel lonely. What can you do? You can play with friends. You can play a game.
We don't like to be confused. It means we don't understand something. Maybe it is a math problem. Maybe it is a story you read. Don't worry, you can ask for help. You can ask your teacher. You can ask your mom. You can ask your dad.
Have you felt proud before? Maybe you did well on a test. Maybe you did something that was hard. We feel happy when we are proud. When we do good things, we will feel proud.
Sometimes we feel calm. We are not angry. We are not excited. We are not anxious. If we are angry, we can calm down. We can count to ten. We can get a drink of water.
We can be silly. It means we want to play. We can tell jokes. We can laugh. We can be silly with our friends. We can be silly with our family.
We need to take care of our moods. We cannot be too anxious. We cannot be too angry. It is not good for our health. How do you take care of your moods?
