Present Perfect is a tense we can use to talk about actions that have either started in the past and continue until the present, or to talk about actions that have finished in the past but have some connection to the present.
Past Perfect is a tense that helps us order past events. If we have two events in the past, the action that happened first can be expressed by using the Past Perfect, and the second action can be expressed by using the Past Simple.
