We use the Present Simple to talk about usual actions, habits, routines, etc.:

Turtles don't walk fast.

Always use the Present Simple with have + things / family members:

  • She is having an expensive cell phone.
    • She has an expensive cell phone.
  • I am having new clothes.
    • I have new clothes.
