You will be able to
- read and answer questions about workplace back safety signs;
- demonstrate understanding of and ability to pronounce some basic vocabulary connected to the musculoskeletal system and movement verbs;
- watch and answer questions in an interactive video about back safety in the workplace;
- demonstrate when and how to use imperative tense;
- contrast imperatives with more polite advice language (ie., you should/ought to/shouldn't; why don't you; it's better if you);
- apply upspeak to advice language to make it more polite;
- compare the use of imperatives/advice language in your L1 with English;
- reflect on your learning in a written/oral journal format.
