  1. What specific physical characteristics in males and females are considered conventionally beautiful?
  2. Does attractiveness differ between cultures?
  3. Do you believe in the maxim "beauty is in the eye of the beholder"? What about "opposites attract"?
  4. Why do you think different people are attracted to certain features? Also, if beauty is entirely subjective, how or why is there a general image of conventional beauty accepted in society?
  5. What do you suppose the question in the title of this lesson means?
