A composer is a person who writes the music that other people play or sing.

The tempo of a song means how fast or slow it is.
volume
The volume of a song means how loud or quite it is.

In a song, the rhythm is the beat. When we are clapping to a song, that is the rhythm. The rhythm usually comes from the drums.

In a song, the melody is the tune. When we are singing a song, that is the melody.

When people do a performance, they are playing their music for people to see and listen.
