Imagine you are a genetic engineer given the task to invent your very own carnivorous plant as a biological pest control agent! Your plant will be used by gardeners and farmers all over the world to get rid of a variety of annoying, invasive, and harmful animal species, such as mosquitoes, rabbits, and rats. However, before your creation can be exported to different countries, you have to first provide a full report of your creation so your boss can approve of it!

In your report, you will need to provide a picture and a name of your plant. You will also need to provide an estimate of how much each plant costs and what environment it can live in. Remember, your plant needs to be both accessible and good at getting rid of pests or no one will buy your plant!

Use the example below:

Creation #0123, Biological Control Agent
Name The Fly Destroyer
Cost $3 per plant.
Adaptations to help it get rid of pests: The fly destroyer is a very powerful biological control agent. Available for only $3 a piece, it can be grown in a variety of environments such as gardens, farms, and wetlands. You can even grow it in a flower pot and put it beside your pillow when you sleep. The most advanced adaptation that the fly destroyer has is its sharp teeth and powerful jaws. Unlike Venus flytraps, the fly destroyer can swallow and shred over 3000 flies per day. Since its jaws are so massive, it can also kill rats, raccoons, ravens, and virtually any other annoying, pesky animal you can think of. In addition, the fly destroyer has sticky tentacles that can trap wandering pests. When an animal becomes stuck in its tentacles, the fly destroyer can reel it towards its mouth.
