Two future forms are used in this song, "be going to" to express a plan and "will" to express a prediction. In the use of "be going to" the speaker says I am going to be and I am going to smile. The verb is kept in the infinitive form after be going to, and in both of these examples is used to express a plan. In the use of "will" the speaker says someone will ask you and I'll know (contraction), in these examples "will" expresses a prediction.
