Birds all have beaks. Their beaks come in many shapes and sizes. They use their beaks to peck.
Birds all lay eggs. Their babies are born from eggs.
Birds live in many places. Birds usually live in trees. They build nests. They lay their eggs in the nests.
Some birds live in hot places. They stay there all the time. Some birds live in cold places. Sometimes, these birds leave in the winter and fly south. They go somewhere hot. They return when it is summer.
Some people like to feed birds. They put a bird feeder in their garden. It is nice to watch birds.
