Part One:
Work with a partner or group and discuss the following questions:
- How much time do you spend sitting down every day?
- Do you think sitting down so much is healthy?
- Which jobs require people to sit down a lot?
- What are different exercises you can do while you are sitting down?
Part Two:
Watch the video once in class. Try to understand as much as you can.
Part Three:
Exercise
Open the exercise and make a copy. Answer as many questions as you can with a partner or group. When you are finished, watch the video again to answer any unanswered questions.
