Verb “TO BE”- Present
The verb “TO BE” is very important in English. The verb “TO BE” is used with:
- role → She is a teacher. I am a student.
- location → Paris is in France. The cat is under the table.
- adjectives → Bill Gates is rich. Angelina Jolie is pretty.
- age → I am 23. Paul is 19 years old.
