Use

We use the Present Simple to talk about usual actions, habits, routines, etc.:

I watch TV after dinner.

I work a lot.

We use always / often / usually / sometimes / never + Present Simple:

Sometimes, it rains a lot here.

He usually drives fast.

I never cook.
