In the past, explorers needed a map to help them navigate. They needed an astrolabe to see where they were. They needed a compass to help them if they got lost. They needed binoculars to help them see far away. They needed an hourglass to record time. They needed a notebook to write down a log of what they saw.
Now, people do not need maps, compasses, or astrolabes. We can use maps on our computers. We can use compasses on our computers. We can use computers to write down what we see.
Computers can even help us see things that are hidden. Radar helps us see things that are far away. Remote control vehicles can go to places that humans can't get to. Computers have made exploring a lot easier.
Most people still need binoculars to help them see things far away. Today, they look different. Today, they can be strong. They can help explorers see well.
People use different things to explore now. But the explorers have not changed. They are still brave. They are still curious.
