  1. Introduce the restaurant and yourself.
  2. Ask what you can do to help.
  3. Find out the details of the reservation.
  4. Check the floor plan.
  5. Offer the caller a table or offer the caller an alternative.
  6. Repeat the details to the guest.
  7. Write down the details in the reservation book.
