  1. Do you like football? Why? Do you like to play it, watch it, or both? If you do not like football, do you have a reason, and what is your reason?
  2. Name two things that you learned from the article about the history of football that you did not know before.
  3. Why did it become necessary to create formal rules for football?
  4. Do you know any expats? What is the difference between an expat and a foreign visitor? Which one are you?
  5. Describe one of the most exciting football games that you have ever watched or played in. Or, if you are not a football fan, talk about another sport or activity that you participated in that was exciting for you.
  6. Take a look at this Bubble Ball video. Would you like to try to play it? Why or why not?
