  3. Think about your daily habits. Which ones are the most healthy? Are there any that are unhealthy?
  4. Do you exercise regularly? Why or why not?
  5. How much stress do you have in your life? What are the main sources of your stress?
  6. Look at the definition of the term “self-care” below. What does this mean? Do you do anything to take care of your mental, emotional, and physical health?
    • Self-care is any activity that we do deliberately in order to take care of our mental, emotional, and physical health.
