Students practice choosing between "be", "do", and "have" based on the time and aspect of a sentence they wish to create.

Students study when and when not to use inverted word order in questions.

Listening Speaking Grammar
1-1 The Car Crash

Listening activity based on a conversation between a driver and a  police officer after a car crash. Listening activity contains several words from the unit vocabulary.

1-2 Preventing Car Accidents

Listening activity based on ways someone can prevent accidents. Activity reinforces student comprehension of unit vocabulary, Grammar 1-1, and Grammar 1-2.
