Objectives & Sequence: This lesson is intended to be used as a review of Grammar - The Second Conditional.

The purpose of this activity is to make strange and silly sentences in the Second Conditional. Students can work with a partner or in a group of 3-4.

  1. Choose any box from the If... column and make the first part of a Second Conditional sentence.
    • “If I went to Europe”
  2. Now choose any box from the I would... column and make the second part of the sentence.
    • “I would make new friends”
  3. Finally, choose any box from the and... column and finish the sentence.
    • “and visit many different places.”
