Students work in pairs. Assign a different link for each pair of students. The links each point to a description of an environmental issue facing the planet today.
Each pair of students should research the environmental issue to the point that they are able to explain to others about it.
Once students have finished researching their issues, they should walk around the room in pairs describing the issue to other pairs of students in the class.
