Zero Article
Sometimes you do not need an article before your nouns. You use no articles often with either plural nouns or non-count nouns that are not specific.
- Our land is full of toxic waste dumps (plural noun).
- Are you aware of how damaging UV radiation can be? (non-specific non-countable noun).
You also use the zero article before the names of people or their titles (proper nouns).>
- We had been watching Green (proper noun) for any signs of change.
