CELPIP General preparation for adult learners in Canada

For many adults in Canada, a CELPIP General result is an important next step. Our CELPIP General Preparation course helps adult learners get ready for it, with practice aimed at a CELPIP 7+ (CLB 7) result.
Built for Canadian learners
The course uses tasks aligned to the Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) and real-world scenarios adult students will recognize from daily life in Canada: transit maps, fare guides and formal emails.
All four skills, in rotation
An orientation unit is followed by six content units, and each content unit cycles through the four skills the test covers:
- Listening: everyday conversations and information.
- Reading: the text types and questions on the test.
- Writing: planning and writing the tasks within the time allowed.
- Speaking: clear, organised answers to the speaking tasks.
Because the skills come round again in every unit, students keep improving across all four instead of finishing one and forgetting it.

Three full practice exams
Practice Exams A, B and C are delivered separately from the lessons. Teachers can use them to see where students start, check progress part-way through, and confirm readiness before students book the real test.
Teacher-led and ready to assign
Lessons are ready to teach, practice is marked automatically, and results go straight into the gradebook. Teachers can give their attention to writing and speaking, where feedback from a person makes the biggest difference.
